Greatest. Pumpkin. Bread. EVER. I made this at the request of a coworker who was bummed because the Starbucks kept running out of Pumpkin Bread before she could get some. LOL. I made her her own loaf and she carried around the loaf pan and a fork everywhere she went for about 3 days until she ate it all. I baked it as is, and wouldn't change a thing.

I made this recipes as written, and added some Jack Daniels as was suggested, and I loved it! I normally don't eat Pecan Pie, I just make it for others in the family that do, but even I enjoyed this. Great recipe!

This recipe is great! I think I might try cutting the cinnamon to 1 tsp and adding a tsp of vanilla next time, just to see what that does. But I could easily make this just as is over and over again.
