Glazed Beef Loaf
This was excellent, a unanimous favorite among my family of five. I may try it without the cheese sometime just to see if it makes much difference (in order to cut back some of the calories). Otherwise this recipe is perfect exactly as written!

Pineapple Chicken Tenders
I made these in January in Minnesota, so grilling wasn't an option. I will definitely try that one day. My family loved these chicken tenders! It was so easy to prepare and I'm thinking that the possibilities are endless. I served these as chicken tenders with rice and stir-fry vegetables. I would love to try these in kabobs. in a salad, and maybe even in sandwiches. The only thing I would do differently, as another rater suggested, is to marinate longer. I will probably do overnight next time.

Raspberry and Almond Shortbread Thumbprints
I would rate these a 5 on taste alone, but took away a star because there has got to be a way to make the dough easier to deal with. I had several flat, runny batches (that still tasted incredible) I finally found that if I chilled the dough overnight, then tightly formed the cookie over the top of and around my fingertip, the cookies kept their shape fairly well. I would highly recommend trying these simply because they are delicious but understand that they might not turn out beautiful :)
