Easy OREO Truffles
Made these for a Thanksgiving treat and they were a huge hit! I mixed the cookie crumbs and cream cheese with an electric mixer until it looked like chocolate fudge and then put it in the fridge for over an hour. They rolled very easily and held together great through the chocolate dipping.

Salsa Chicken
Wow! This is fantastic. Was totally surprised by the flavor . My family loved it and my son said it's his new favorite supper.

Chicken Alfredo
Best Alfredo sauce and so easy too! I just used penne and broccoli and it was great. It's not a loose sauce and clings to everything, so I found the amount of sauce to be plenty.
