I love cooking for my fiance' and our 5 kids (combined!!!) I love trying out new recipes. Especially casseroles and desserts. My Mom always made a huge box of Christmas cookies, even though she was a single parent of 6 kids. Now, I, in keeping her tradition alive in my own way, start baking a few weeks before Christmas, and give "boxes" of goodies out as gifts. I am getting better and better at cooking Oriental dishes.
