I love trying out new recipes. Especially casseroles and desserts.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My Mom always made a huge box of Christmas cookies, even though she was a single parent of 6 kids. Now, I, in keeping her tradition alive in my own way, start baking a few weeks before Christmas, and give "boxes" of goodies out as gifts.

I am getting better and better at cooking Oriental dishes.

Thanksgiving Stuffing
This is the stuffing my Mom always made!!! Now that she is gone, I was craving her stuffing!!! Soooo glad I found it!!!!

Baked Pork Chops I
Thes were very good!. The only reason I rated these a 4 instead of a 5, is because I felt the gravy was a little runny. Overall, the taste and moistness were outstanding!!! Next time, I will double or triple the amount of soup (I did take the advice of other reviewers, and doubled the sauce), but leave the wine and milk the same.

Lasagna Alfredo Roll Ups
Excellent dish!!!! I made it my own by adding cooked chicken, and substituting broccoli for the spinach. Easier prep was to put the chicken and broccoli in my food processor, pulse a few times, and then add the cheese mixture. Put this in the freezer, (pre baking step), then muy husband took it with him to deer camp, and just heated it through!!! Will make many times!!!!
