Coconut Cream Pie I
Yummy!!!! Love coconut cream pie and have never made it figured it would be too hard. This was great and for sure a keeper!!! I used 1 3.5 oz box of coconut cream pudding and 1 3.5 oz box of vanilla as suggested in a graham cracker pie crust. I used 2 3/4 cups of milk as that was what the box recommened for pudding pies. This was cheap and EASY and would not hesitate to serve to company. Already planning to send one to work with my husband.

Baked Ziti I
This was pretty good. My husband said, we could add this to the weekly rotation while i'll make it again will probably be a once a month or less thing. My daughter ate two bowls. She is a very finnicky eater. I only added one jar of spaghetti sauce and next time I think I"ll add a can of tomatoes in with the sauce.

Caramel Apple Pork Chops
Heavenly!!! I fried my Pork chops after egging and dredging in flour cause just wasn't sure anyone would eat them if they looked diffrent. My daughter ate an entire pork chop without complaint. Ok that was new so this I would rate much higher than a 5 just for that alone. She kept dipping her meat into the sauce. This is a kid who doesn't dip in anything. Very yummy!!! Next time will use more apples. I doubled the sauce on others recommendations and glad I did. Will be using this again and Chicken Tenders would be most excellent with this!! My chops were a boneless sirloin chop. I also skipped the oven part I fried them in my electric skillet.
