Mini Pumpkin Whoopie Pies
Wow, these came out great. By mistake I used only 1 cup of sugar, but you dont notice a difference. I cooked them 12 minutes and they came out perfect. For the frosting I ended up using 2 cups of powder sugar to get the filling I wanted. Make sure to put them in the frig to "firm" up slightly, then enjoy. These are great.

Pumpkin Cookies V
Made these twice now in a week. Both times everyone loved them at work. (and at home too) Followed as written adding only a little pumpkin pie spice. If you want to make it a little easier, put the glaze frosting in a bottle and drizzle it over the cookies. Makes a lot of cookies, about 7 dozen each time. Try them, I promise you'll love them.

Mom's Zucchini Bread
It has to get five stars. Used 3 cups of zucchini (Don't drain the juice!!) and also added blueberries. I've made this twice now and it's been perfect both times. Note: I did omit the nuts.
