Hoot-n Holler Baby Back Pork Ribs
Great recipe - especially when it takes 1 1/2 hours from start to finish. Would recommend to anyone.

Zucchini Cake I
We enjoyed this cake. I used a 9*13 pan, and like other reviewers found that it took much longer to cook than stated. I cooked it at 340 for 60 minutes. The cream cheese frosting gave it that ‘carrot cake’ feeling. I too reduced the sugar to 2 ½ cups and increased the cinnamon to 1 T – it was moist and tasty.

Pear-a-dise Muffins
I wanted something to use fresh pears, so modified this recipe using 2 fresh pears diced. Did not have the whole wheat flour, so used all-purpose. Overall successful - passed family test - did use orange zest and a bit more cinnamon and nutmeg and vanilla yogurt for additional flavor.
