Braised Balsamic Chicken
I was looking for a dish that matched one I had in a local eatery and this is it. IF your sauce is too tangy - you did not use a good quality Balsamic. It should be almost like a syup. I added some veggies to the sauce to camalize before I added the chicken so the chicken wouldn't get too well done.
