Turkey Pot Pie I
I made this the other night for my family. They loved it. They actually fought over who would get the last piece. They ate everything-vegetables and all. I did reduce the amount of parsley and added sage, rosemary, and thyme. I used chicken stock instead of bullion.

Satiny Chocolate Glaze
This recipe is excellent and was so easy. I followed the directions from another reviewer and made it in the microwave. Double recipe, put in pyrex cup. microwave on high 1 min, stir with wire whisk, microwave on high 30 more seconds, stir again. Repeat another 30 seconds if necessary. enjoy!

Bacon and Date Appetizer
I took this to a tapas party on New Year's Eve. Everyone at the party loved them. I didn't tell them what they were at first because I didn't want any preconceived ideas. They were so easy to make-I had my eleven year old make them while I made other appetizers. :) P.S. I bought the dates that were already pitted-you can get them on the produce isle.
