I was trying to keep the fat and sugar levels down on this recipe and paid a price. I made the sugar free pudding/pie mix with 1% milk and paid the price of an ugly pie that didn't cut into nice pieces (the filling ran horribly when cut). Won't do that again. I also used fat free Cool Whip as the topping.
