Red Skinned Potato Salad

Scott Hibb's Amazing Whisky Grilled Baby Back Ribs

AWESOME sauce! I have made this sauce several times with no changes and it comes out finger lickin good every time! I make my own rub for the ribs (smoked paprika, cumin, chili powder, dark brown sugar, red pepper flakes, soul seasoning) wrap in foil as recipe states and they are fall off the bone DELICIOUS!! Rave reviews from family and friends...always have to double/triple the sauce. Can never make just 2 lbs...usually have to make 6-8 slabs!!

Mexican Shrimp Cocktail

Took this to a pool party and it was a HIT! Used spicy V8, green onion instead of red, no horseradish....YUMMY! Have made it 4 times already and my friends are still begging for more!!

Strawberry Spinach Salad I

Best salad ever! I substituted pecans for the almonds, added feta cheese like others suggested, and used balsamic vinegar instead of white...FABULOUS!! My kids even loved it!! Will make again and again.

Merwin's Shrimp Gumbo

Thank you Merwin! This was fabulous!! I took the advice of others and left in the chicken. I also used andouille as well as smoked sausage. There were NO LEFTOVERS!! Everyone raved about it and everyone has requested that I make it again this weekend! This time I will add crab!!

Shrimp Scampi V

OMG! This was absolutely the best!! I took the advice of other reviewers and added more garlic, 1/2 wine, 1/2 chicken broth, lemon juice and I also added a little cornstarch for a little thicker sauce...it came out PERFECT!! It was quick & easy and my kids gobbled it up. My fiance said it tasted better than any he ever had at a restaurant. I will definitely make again and again!!

Southern Candied Sweet Potatoes

This is the one dish I could never master, but now I am THE MASTER!! The only change I made was to use 1 cup of brown sugar & 1 cup of white sugar. I have made these numerous times now and they come out perfect every single time!!

Glazed Meatloaf I

Made this with ground turkey & it was absolutely fabulous! This will be the ONLY way I make meatloaf from now on! I took everyone's advice and doubled the sauce & I am happy I did. Made meatloaf paninis the next day & they were to die for!!
