Mom's Macaroni and Cheese
This was a bit dry for me but had a great flavor. Loved the topping!

Grandma Ople's Apple Pie
This is an OMG recipe for sure. It was my first time baking an apple pie and I even did a faux lattice crust - Pillsbury roll out crust of course. Zero leftovers of this dessert I made for Christmas. All were impressed. I did the modifications suggested by the top reviewer as well. Very nice looking too!

Quinoa and Black Beans
