It's like heaven in my mouth. Made as directed, except I bought an oreo crust. Quick and easy to make. Yum.

White Sauce

Versatile base. Love to add some Parmesan, Romano, and garlic for an alfredo sauce, or some chipotle tabasco and some smoked salmon.

Pillow-Soft Dinner Rolls

Great recipe. Light and fluffy. I used lard instead of shortening, and the rolls stayed nice and moist. Next time I'll use 1/4 butter, for added flavor. Will make again often.

Easy Biscuit Mixture

I've stopped looking. This is it. Light flaky texture, rises well. I made a 1/2 recipe substituting lard for shortening, and then mixed in 2 cups milk. Thanks for sharing.

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

Absolute bliss. Followed the directions to a T, except that I cooked it in a water bath. Beautiful presentation, even better taste. Next time, I will garnish the edge with mint.

Golden Oven Omelet

Pretty good base, but kind of bland as described. I added 1/2 onion (minced), 1/2 lb bacon (crisped and crumbled), 1/2 cup shredded cheddar, and 1/2 cup shredded swiss. Eggs still lack something, so I'll probably add 2 Tablespoons parsley, and serve with Chipotle Tabasco.

Chinese Steamed Buns with Barbecued Pork Filling

Excellent recipe. Very easy. However, I doubled the amount of filling and still ran short. Well worth the time and effort.
