Cathy's Banana Bread

Reviewed: Jul. 24, 2007
Love this recipe. Followed exactly with the exception that I used a bundt pan and baked @425 for 5 min and 350 for 50 minutes. Came out beautiful and moist and tasty.

Health Nut Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2006
Wonderful muffin recipe. I am not a big banana fan, so to make sure these stayed moist, I substituted 1 cup of unsweet. applesauce in place of the banana. I also used Splenda instead of sugar (cup for cup) and added a 1/2 cup extra blueberries. These muffins were so good, my husband and kids snatched them up and they are not huge blueberry fans. My batch made 24 minis and 6 regular muffins. I suggest you use muffin liners sprayed with non-stick cooking spray because they are so moist. So healthy and so yummy, this one is DEFINITELY a keeper. Enjoy!!

Dutch Apple Pie with Oatmeal Streusel

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2003
The easiest and best dutch apple pie I've ever had. The filling wasn't runny and there was the perfect amount of streusel. The streusel formed sort of a crust on top. Served warm with some vanilla ice cream and everyone will be smiles!
