Quick, easy and GOOD! I followed the recipe exactly with the exception of adding onion and thought the dressing was spot on. It does need onion though and I added avocado and diced red pepper the next time I made it and really enjoyed it with these additions.

Followed the recipe exactly and thought it was delicious. Removed the roast from the crock pot at the end and added some corn starch to thicken the tangy sauce and then spooned the thickened sauce over the pork to serve.

This was a great meal for a cold winter day. I wouldn't serve it to dinner guests but it was good for a family meal. Followed rach747's suggestion and covered with a can of chicken broth. Do not use water as it will just dilute the flavor. Added the biscuit dough 90-120 minutes before serving. Cook on high after adding the dough. I also agree with rach747, do not cook w/veggies because it changes the flavor of the dumplings. I like veggies in mine so I cooked the veggies (peas & carrots) separately and then stirred in right before serving. This worked good because my husband doesn't like veggies in his so I was able to add them just to what I was eating.
