I'm 31, married for 6 years, and have 2 boys - a 2 1/2 and an 8 month old. We just moved back to the Pittsburgh area from California via Connecticut. Chicken, Meatloaf, anything in the crock-pot. Mainly things that are easy and affordable to put on the table that taste better than fast food. My mom and I always do something when we're together - homemade pierogies, polish pound cake, potato pancakes, pie crust. I've cooked a few Thanksgiving dinners. My favorite feat is potlucks - my appetizers are always raved about. I once made "Blondies" - and I added the eggs before letting the mix cool. I had little bits of scrambled eggs in the brownies! I also avoided baking cookies FOREVER because I always burned them. I found out that it was because I was not following the "ungreased" cookie sheet rule. Yuck!
