Pumpkin Crumb Cake
My family is going crazy over this recipe! My husband cannot stop eating it and my son is addicted to it. I made it just an hour ago and it's half gone. I can't really think of any changes other than I might try mixing brown sugar with the butter and cake mix for the topping instead of white sugar. Great dessert.

Blueberry Upside-Down Cake
I have used this recipe using a box of white cake mix (I have used yellow too) in place of making the one in the recipe. Which makes it alot faster to throw together! We all love it! To lower the fat content, I use applesauce if the cake mix requires oil and I have also used Can't believe it's not butter instead of real butter and it turned out great. No complaints on this one! The blueberries that bake together are absolutley yummy! Definitely give this a try.

Best Bruschetta Ever
Letting the ingredients set in the fridge overnite was the key to an awesome taste. I tried it once soon after mixing and once the next day, it was definitely better the next day. I toasted the french bread for 1 minute (under the broiler) and then topped it off with the mixture and toasted again for about 3 minutes until it was heated through...Yummy!!!
