The Best Meatballs

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

My kids and i have been making these for years! This is the classic "go to" recipe when you just have to have a cookie. This is also good if you replace white sugar with brown sugar.

I have been looking for a good recipe for this soup, and this one made the cut!!! I made a few changes, i doubled the curry paste, just because i like it a little more spicy and i added potato chunks and quartered onions, because that is the way our local resturant makes it. Fantastic!!

i have made this several times since finding the recipe. we love it. we serve it traditional with onion, cilantro, and lime on a warm corn tortilla. WOW!!

Coconut Poke Cake

my aunt made this cake for my birthday (without the milk) every year since i was a little girl. she passed away this last year and my kids made it for me. this is my all time favorite!!!!
