Italian Dressing Mix
This is a good dressing mix. I cut the salt to 1 Tbsp. and used half garlic powder/half salt in place of the garlic salt, as I didn't want to buy garlic salt just for this. I also used much less than 2/3 of a cup of oil when mixing up the dressing. I put everything except oil in a measuring cup and then topped it off to the 2/3 line with the oil, which seemed like just the right amount.

Black Bean Salad
This was extremely good. I made a few minor changes: 2 cans of beans, an orange bell pepper instead of green (for color and flavor), 1 pint of halved grape tomatoes instead of 3 regular, and left out the cilantro (don't like it). I also used an Italian dressing recipe from this site instead of store bought. Was perfect for a potluck, but made a ton and got watery the longer it sat.

Artichoke Spinach Lasagna
Very good flavor. I added fresh crimini mushrooms when cooking the onions. I also added a 24 oz container of cottage cheese on top of the mozzarella layer and I used no-boil noodles. The end result was very runny and the broth could be cut to 1 cup and still have plenty of liquid. I could only find 26 oz. jars of sauce.
