Slow Cooker Turkey Breast
This is definitely the best turkey breast I have ever made, or eaten! It was so moist and tasty, absolutely delicious - the soup mix gave it an amazing flavor! The only thing is with my 6.1lb turkey breast I did cook it on high for 1 hour, then on low - checked temperature of the turkey breast with a meat thermometer, and after about 4 and a half hours it was done - I would recommend using a meat thermometer. There is no need to add any liquid, it made plenty of its own juices, which I strained the drippings and used it in the "Easy Turkey Gravy" recipe from this same site - together it will make your taste buds dance - a turkey breast will never see the inside of my oven again!
