Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese
I didn't change a thing to this recipe and it is far and away one of the best mac and cheeses I've even had. Rivals some of the best in any restaurant. I added more cheddar cheese than called for but that's cause I was shredding it myself so couldn't gauge exactly 8 oz and I figured more was better. I was right.
