Not much to say, I thoroughly enjoy what I consider heritage cooking. Those recipes that have been handed down from generations. I am actually compiling my own cookbook in which I have added variations of new recipes as well as those from my roots. Not to be published-just passed along genrations :) Anything from my heritage-french, creole, etc... Everyone in the kitchen helping out with a dish! The first time I made my Grandmother's Japanese Pie, it came out perfect! The following year I made White Chocolate Rasberry Cheesecake-people are still talking about it and it has been two years. Only the ones I fail to try!
