Chicken with Mushrooms, Prosciutto, and Cream Sauce

This was good, I didnt use the sour cream tho, I had bought heavy cream for it instead, think I had confused it with another recipe. The heavy cream worked out fine, think it would taste better than the sour cream, just my opinion. I did the mushrooms on the bottom of the chicken like others did, and thickened with cornstarch at the end.

Mexican Orzo Salad

This was good, but a little on the bland side, going to try to spice up the left overs for tonight... made this with Fish Tacos and it was a good pair.

Fish Tacos

Very good!...I had planned on grilling the fish, but was out of gas in the grill, so I did fry them, and they were excellent!...the sauce was great,but I found out that I'm not a big fan of cumin, still like it tho.

Cube Steak Parmesan

Corn Potato Pancakes

Coq au Vin alla Italiana

This dish was great, hubby loved it. I did add the extra can of tomatoes and less garlic. Served over egg noodles with parm cheese sprinkled on top. This makes alot so have some friends over when you make it!

Jalapeno Popper Spread

Made this last night, everyone loved it!! I added the extra hots and bread crumbs. I think next time I made it I may add some shedded cheese to it, just a bit to creamy for my taste.

Shrimp Scampi Bake

This was really good, the only thing I would do different is cook the garlic in the butter longer, my shrimp had a RAW garlic taste, but it still was yummy.

Heavenly Potatoes and Ham

This was really good, I brought it to eat with my inlaws and even my picky father in law liked it...I used less potatoes and less sour cream, oh and no extra butter in the soup mixture, and it still came out great.

Cheese Ring

I loved this recipe, I made it for my book club and everyone looked at it a bit funny, but once tasted, everyone dug right in!!... I did use strawberry jelly instead of raspberry, that I processed to get out the big chunks of strawberries.
