Maple Corn Bread
Moist and flavorful. I had a recipe for this in a 60's cookbook, but it wasnit as moist and maply as this bread. Maybe veg oil instead of butter or shortening and real maple syrup instead of fakes. Great quick bread.

Moist Date Nut Bread
Excellent moist flavorful. I didn't steam it but I wrapped it in foil while still hot from oven. It stayed moist for 3/4 days and I could slice it quite thin with ease.
