Herb Rubbed Sirloin Tip Roast
The only changes I made were browned the meat on all sides and set the oven too 250 and baked for 2 hours till instant read said 135 and removed from oven and tented Came out tender an juicy just like you pic Thank you

High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast
This is very good as written but have others who like it a little more done so changed in that I turned oven down to 170 for 1 hour than tented for 30 min came out more like medium rare which is what I was after Still came out nice an juicy Thanks

Blueberry Peach Cobbler
Outstanding only change I made was nutmeg and cinnamon for the mace everyone loved this dish The pecans are great in this dish Thank you Roni
