I am currently enrolled in college, and hope to complete my Pre-Pharmacy degree within the next 3 years, and then hopefully get accepted into either OU, or SWOSU. I love cooking just about anything, whether it be casseroles or something a fancier. My little one isn't quite old enough to help cook yet, and I don't really remember any cooking traditions that I did with my mom. No real triumphs yet, but I haven't really tried cooking anything to difficult. Right before my husband and I got married I thought that I would make him a meatloaf, because he was always saying how he liked it and everything. Well I had never made one before and so I came to this site looking for a recipe, well the one I made was horrible, he barely took 1 bite. Another tragedy happened just recently, I deep fried some chicken nuggets and cheese bites for my little one and forgot to turn off the stove. Needless to say 10 minutes into the Veggietales movie we were watching I heard a loud pop and we to see what it was and the stove was on fire, luckily a fire extinguisher was nearby and I got the flame out, but not before the apartment was filled with smoke and the smoke alarm went off. :)
