Asian Coconut Rice
This was so easy to make. And I can usually mess up rice better than anyone! I have never been able to cook it correctly. This was great though. I added some chopped cilantro, and the color was nice and the flavor was great with the coconut.

Sesame Seared Tuna
Great recipe! I added just a little more honey to the dipping sauce to kill some of the salt......and it was just fantastic!
