Absolutely Perfect Palak Paneer

This is decent! I used butter instead of olive oil. I had to add a lot more spices including cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, etc. It was bland without.

Butternut Squash Soup

Awesome! I didn't add the second block of cream cheese and definitely wouldn't recommend doing that. I can imagine the soup would taste too cream-cheesy.

I used Jiffy yellow cake mix and I think I will try again but with a different brand. They had a little bit of strange aftertaste to them, almost chemically. Also they didn't flatten out on their own in the oven. I had to smash them down a little bit mid-way through baking.

Baked Scallops

Perfect! I followed the recipe almost exactly- instead of melting the butter I cut it up and placed it on top of and around the scallops. I used Trader Joes frozen jumbo scallops thawed first in a bag under cold water for 30 minutes.

Turkey Sausage Breakfast

Really good, I think I will add an extra egg next time. Reheated in the microwave the next day it was a little oily- probably to be expected though.

Amazing Sun-Dried Tomato Cream Sauce

This is really good. I leave out the sun dried tomatoes and pine nuts and serve over pasta with broccoli and chicken.

Chicken Milano

I thought this was pretty good. However, the chicken broth made it too salty for me. I think I will try it again with either less chicken broth or the reduced sodium kind.

Vegetable Shepherd's Pie

Really good! I used instant mashed potatoes, I didn't have an onion so I used some onion powder. Instead of cheddar cheese I sprinkled a little parmesan on top.

Gunline Coffee

Wow this is really good! I scaled it down to 1 serving. I don't like instant coffee or non-dairy creamer so I mixed all the other ingredients together and poured in 1 cup of fresh brewed coffee then topped it off with about 3 tbsp of half and half.

Chimichurri Sauce

I had Carne Asada with Chimichurri sauce at a local Spanish restaurant and I wanted to re-create it at home. I made this sauce and served it with grilled flake steaks. Everyone loved it! I will be making it again for sure.
