Absolutely Perfect Palak Paneer
This is decent! I used butter instead of olive oil. I had to add a lot more spices including cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, etc. It was bland without.

French Beef Stew
Awesome recipes! Too much mustard though. I second time I made it I only added about 1 teaspoon.
