Excellent recipe, very easy! I made this for my husband and one of his friends this weekend.....they thought it was outstanding. I had to use frozen blackberries, but it still came out great. I made 1 1/2 times the topping as suggested, and it came out perfectly. I started to make it in my cast iron skillet, but it was actually too big (it's huge), so after boiling, I poured the berries in an 8x8 casserole. I have been told this is to go in my permanent collection!

This is simply the best sweet potato pie I've ever had. Even my friend who swore nothing could be better than her mother's is now converted to this recipe. I followed it almost exactly, just a touch more spices, including a dash of ginger. This pie comes out at just the right balance of sweet and spiced. The rum gives it a nice little kick, and this comes from someone who doesn't like to drink alcohol at all!!

This was the best peanut butter fudge I've ever found, very creamy and soft, great flavor. I've had multiple requests to make it again.
