Hot Pizza Dip

What a hit! Nice thing is you can add your favorite pizza toppings. My family loved it--made two, one just veggie and one with pepperoni and assorted toppings. So simple and so delicious!

Asparagus Mushroom Casserole

My mom made this for us back in the 60's, added a can a tuna. Makes a delicious tuna casserole. Crushed potato chips on top finishs it off

Clark Gable Pancakes

These are absolutley the best pancakes I have ever had. I added just a touch of vanilla extract. Perfect every time! I won't make any other pancake again

Cheese Dip I

I add a stick of butter to make it spreadable, left the green tops chopped up, added garlic salt and a few dashes of Worsterchire. Everyone begs for more

My dad, a WWII Vet, used to make this for dinner when mom was sick. I changed it a bit by adding sliced mushrooms,sauteed onions, some garlic salt, a can of cream of mushroom soup and baby peas. Served over toast--delicious! Brings back such memories

Awesome Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

Since my husband is diabetic, I used Splenda in this cake. Reduced the amount used according to the Splenda box. I could not taste the difference!. I left out the nutmeg and added extra cinnamon, used chopped pecans. This IS an awesome carrot cake!

Asparagus Quiche

This has become a family favorite at the holidays. I add a bit of chopped green onion, not only to add extra color, but it seems to bring out the flovor of the asparagus.
