Burgundy Pork Tenderloin
REALLY yummy & REALLY easy!!! Followed recipe with exception of adding the celery - as I didnt have on hand. My two tenderloins weighed a little over the two pounds, and I cooked for 45 minutes at 350 and they were not 160 degrees yet, so turned up the heat to 375 and cooked for another 15 minutes and they were perfect! Extrememly tender - got rave reviews!! Will definitely make this again and again!
