Garbanzo Bean Chocolate Cake (Gluten Free!)

Actually not bad. My sister's boyfriend is allergic to gluten and I wanted to make something that we could all share. I cut up some strawberries and put them on top.

Not bad. Instead of the powdered garlic and onion, I just added the real thing. Forgot the Worcestershire sauce, but that didn't really make that much of a difference. I also used tomato paste because I read the recipe wrong and just added a bit of water to thin it out some. Ground turkey was used instead of beef. I'll make again.

Chicken Flautas

Pretty tasty. I lessened the number of tortillas by adding more of the chicken mixture to each. That way I didn't feel like I was eating ten tortillas. Next time I may throw some enchilada sauce on top. Yum-O.

Goulash Supreme

It was pretty good. I followed some of the other directions that were given. I cooked the meat, spices, onion and garlic together, pasta separately and then added it all at the end. I topped it with Parmesan cheese. Yum.

Anna's Chocolate Chip Cookies

These came out great. I used more brown sugar than white as suggested and they are soft and chewy. Otherwise I followed the recipe exactly. Thanks.

Sweet and Sour Chicken I

This was great!! I've never attempted homemade sweet and sour chicken and this taste very close to what you'd have at a restaurant. Although, I did half the recipe because it makes quite a bit. Keep in mind your frying, so you and your house will smell like cooked oil!!

Easy Decadent Truffles

Good but I followed suggestions from others. 2 cups of milk chocolate chips and only 2 cups of powdered sugar. The milk chocolate chips make it rich enough, I can't imagine what semi-sweet would taste like!

YUM-O!! This is great recipe. It was really easy. I let it go a few degrees past the soft ball stage and it came out a great consistancy. Once they cooled, I dipped them in chocolate. No one can resist!!

Chocolate Covered Cherries

These came out great! It's only been 3 days and the fondant is liquifying. I followed some of the directions given in the reviews. Freeze between steps, it really does help. They are good but still slightly off. I'm sure it's the cherries. The end product doesn't taste like the ones you buy at the store. Any suggestions as to a brand or type of cherry to use?

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

Good recipe, but not exactly like Reese's. I thought the dough was too soft to handle so I added another 1/4 to 1/3 cup of powdered sugar plus 4 crushed graham crackers, like other recipes call for. To me it makes the texture of the center more like the real thing. I also added another 1/4 t. of salt. The real thing is also more salty.

Fajita Marinade I

Very good, but I took the advice of others. I added 1/2t each of cumin and corriander plus cilantro. I definately would lessen the lime juice if you intend to marinade overnight. Also, it comes out quite salty, but once it's wrapped up with all the other ingredients, it's not so bad. Next time I will omit the salt and see how it turns out.
