Pumpkin Pie I
One of the very best pumpkin pies that I have ever ate. My boyfriend absolutely loved this pie, and proved it by nearly eating the whole thing by himself. Be sure to use a deep dish pie shell because it is alot of filling mixture, which I still left some out. Will definitely make again.

Mom's Baked Macaroni and Cheese
This recipe was pretty simple, however, it was missing something. Salt, seasoning...SOMETHING. Probably won't make again.

Apple and Sausage Cornbread Stuffing
This stuffing was very good, however, I made these following changes: I used Jimmy Dean ground sausage (regular flavor) instead of the links, and I added two cans of the chicken broth (italian seasoning flavor) and one egg. Next time I will also omit the apple, since I didn't think it helped the dish at all. Otherwise very good. Will make again!
