This was quite the adventure as it started to rain and snow just after the grill got fired up. However, the flavor of the pork was really good! It didn't have quite the bite that I expected. Next time we will add a bit more cayenne pepper as we are all pepper bellies in this house.

Sausage Steamed Dinner

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

The only problem I had with this recipe is that I couldn't remember to take the chicken from the freezer the day before. It was awesome!!! Don't remember when I had to prepare 2 chickens for 4 people. But there were very few leftovers and they were gone before the next day!

Beef Heart en Mole

I didn't put all of the vegies and beans in the recipe. The heart was cooked all night in the crock pot, drained, then stewed in my own mole. We had it with rice and beans. Got rave reviews from all!

This was a quick and simple dish to prepare. Good with a side salad and french bread. Great for those nights when teenagers are hungry and mom is tired!

Baked Pasta

We just loved this stuff. The brown gravy gave the sauce that "I slaved in the kitchen all day" flavor. Although the recipe makes quite a bit, it was gone for lunch the next day.

Hash Brown Casserole

Prepared this on Christmas morning, New Years morning, and again for a quick evening meal. I guess I could say I will prepare it again. It is easy and really pleases teenage palates.

Keema (Indian-Style Ground Meat)

Since we raise sheep, I am always looking for lamb recipes. This was really good poured over puff pastry shells! I spiced it up a tad with some red pepper. This is a recipe I will include with any freezer lambs we sell.

Cheesy Tuna Noodle Casserole

This was another quick and easy meal, served with a vegie and salad. It was a little dry, but I will just add another can of cheese soup to remedy that problem. My husband and sons inhaled it and there were no leftovers. I guess they would rate it higher than I.

Roast Chicken with Cracked Peppercorn Sauce

I wanted something simple to make and this was it!! Not only was it easy, it was absolutely delicious as well. Since I didn't have vermouth on hand, I sustituted sherry, which wasn't half bad. I will definately prepare this again and again and again...
