I'm a newlywed who loves to be in the kitchen trying new dishes. I love Asian and Italian foods! I have a few dishes that are my absolute favorite: potato casserole, and I'm still working on perfecting my teriyaki sauce. We always had dinner together every night. On saturday my mom would always make pizza, and we were able to sit and watch a movie while eating it. Sunday morning my dad would make pancakes. For each holiday he would make special pancakes: cakes shaped like bunnies, snowmen, or he would even spell out "Happy Birthday"! Tweeking and perfecting my potato casserole! Whenever we have get-togethers, or potlucks everyone always asks if I could make potato casserole. In high school I also made a 3 course meal for 8 friends without any disasters. In college we had leftover polenta. I thought I would be creative and make polenta cakes out of them. So I mixed spices, onions, cheese, whatever sounded good. They ended up burning in the pan, and tasting horrible!
