Colorful Fried Rice
I think this recipe could have been good but mine turned out mushy even though the rice was slightly undercooked. I think I will do what one review said and use cold rice next time and the egg was weird Might try to cook separately with soy and see how that works

Taco Pies
I thought it was a very bland recipe. It would have to be revamped if it is supposed to be good, I do not think the pie crust adds a thing. Maybe masa or some other kind of crust, I will not make this again.

Bodacious Broccoli Salad
Amazing recipe! Added some sunflower seeds perfect dressing and was better next day!!!!
