Just awesome. Mine flattened perfectly and were tender and soft. I'm at the 6500 ft level, so I did add 2T extra flour. They looked so pretty my husband thought they were store bought! Wonderful flavor. Loved them.

This was so dang yummy! The only thing I changed was I got low sodium soy sauce. I also made it with chicken and it was great too!

Ultimate High Altitude Chocolate Chip Cookies

Yay! A cookie that doesn't sink at the 6700 ft level! Best cookie I've made since moving to CO. I liked them with more chocolate chips though. For those who said they sank, makes me wonder if their baking soda was fresh.

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Loved them. Usually can't get oatmeal and chewy to come together, but these did. I also made them using whole wheat flour and Splenda blend sugar, and they were still great.
