Tofu with Pork and Miso
Very easy and tasty meal. My 2 year old son loved it! I will definitely make it again, but next time will use a bit less miso paste and a bit more water--the sauce was a little too pasty for me.

Quick Chick!
I used two soup size cans of gravy. It was tasty and easy. Even my 1-year old son liked it.

Caramel Filled Chocolate Cookies
I consider these to be the best cookies I've had, and I've gotten rave reviews when I've made them. However, you do have to use the right kind of candy, otherwise they will come out deformed. ROLLOS are the best to use, and Treasures are ok, but I used some individually wrapped loose candies this last time that were too big and the carmel leaked out everywhere. They take a long time to make but are worth it!
