Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers
These were wonderful. I made a few changes. Added a few TBSP of chopped cilantro. Used chopped green chiles instead of green pepper. Added ~1/4 cup of shredded "Mexican seasoned" cheese. Minced the onion and garlic and sauteed them a bit before mixing everything together. I pan-fried a small sample patty and found it needed salt and pepper. Made three large patties and baked them. Ate them on "Tasty Buns" from this site with some chipotle-mayo-sour cream on top... as advised by a couple other reviewers.

Restaurant-Style Taco Meat Seasoning
Added fresh minced onion instead of dried. It was missing something until I added SMOKED paprika. That made it special.

Sweet Corn Cake
I used a little frozen corn plus one can of cream corn. Added just a little water. Didn't have any masa so just used AP flour. Ridiculously delicious.
