Beaker's Vegetable Barley Soup
I started to make this thinking I had barley in the pantry but it turned out all I had was lentils so I used those in place of the barley. The soup is not as thick as the picture shown here but it is still very tasty. I also added some green peppers, jalapeno, corn and peas.

Orzo Delicioso
This was very easy to make but a little bland, even after adding Italian seasoning, fresh basil and parmesan cheese. I used leeks in place of the onions and omitted the corn. Very colorful and pretty, I would just add a little more seasoning next time.

Cordon Bleu Chicken Rolls
This was the first time I made homemade chicken cordon bleu, usually relied on the frozen variety and I must say this was excellent! I will never use the frozen variety again. The corn flakes added alot of crunch and the sauce was so easy to make yet so tasty!
