Slow Cooker Chicken Tetrazzini

I was really hesitant on making this. I usually hate recipes that use "cream of" soups & they usually turn out like slop....plus it doesn't look very appetizing, BUT did it anyway & I am so glad I did. I did not have this Italian dressing mix, but I looked up a recipe on this site for it..I used 2 tbs of that mix..plus a little tarragon. I added peas & some red & green peppers. Served it over angel hair & with warm crusty french bread. We really liked this.

Chipotle Chicken Salad

This gets 5 stars because my bf who does not like chicken salad loved this. I like the standard chicken salad & made a batch of this for him & my own. I tasted his & was actually a little disappointed I hadn't made more for myself.

Oven Fried Chicken IV

We loved this. For what it is, baked chicken..it is not going to taste like it's fried, but it certainly was delicious. I let it sit in the sour cream mixture for about an hour. I used various spices such as onion powder, italian seasoning, cayenne, paprika. I also added a little milk to thin out the sour cream. I used about a cup of sour cream and still had a bunch leftover. I used special k in place of cornflakes because I think it is a little crunchier. Will definately make again!

Panzanella Salad

This was good, but I'd rather just have a caprese salad with toasted bread on the side. The leftovers we really didn't eat cuz the bread was soggy.

It was ok for something different. I did scale the recipe down & someone else said that made a difference so maybe that's why I wasn't in love with this, but pumpkin is healthy & I will make this again.

Cookie Salad I

I wasn't going to make this. I kept going back & forth. It seemed so odd to me, but I was so intrigued..it was awesome! I used a little less puddingmix...maybe 2/3 a pakg (for a halved recipe) I will definately be making this again.

Tomato-Cream Sauce for Pasta

My boyfriend loves this sauce...he talks about it all the time. I had pictures for this, but never reviewed it. Easy & so good! Don't be afraid to add a little red pepper flakes as well!

Yes, it's bad for you, but it's a good alternative to when you're out of bacon or just want something different. If you want a bacon-y taste..crisp up the pepperoni in toaster oven or pan..

Chicken Fiesta Salad

This is awesome! I marinated chicken tenderloins in lime juice & a chipotle marinade spice & taco seasoning (had no fajita seasonong) for about an hour. I was lazy so I skipped the onion & tomatoes..and added cheese & some crushed tortilla chips & some cilantro.

Bacon Quiche Tarts

These were ok..a little bland. I halved some grands & they still seemed too doughy/not enough egg. These definately need a little tobasco to the filling for a little more flavor. I'm not sure if I will make these again.
