Portobello Mushroom Ravioli with Prawns
This recipe wasn't bad, but I doubt I'll make it again. The shrimp were tough and the color was aweful. The taste wasn't bad, but it was definately missing something. It seems like, with a bit of tweaking, it'd be great.

Mac and Cheese II
This was pretty good, easy to make too! It was a little grainy (I think from the flour not getting totally mixed smooth) which may have been my fault. I'll definately make it again :)

No Bake Choco-Peanut-Oatmeal Cookies
I've been making this recipe since I was a little girl and I absolutely love it! It's great for chocolate cravings ;) Sometimes I have troubl with the cookies setting properly, but that has never affected the taste!
