Alfredo Sauce

This is so far from real Alfredo sauce it is crazy. You need to make a rue first, 3 tbsp butter same flower. Also gruyere cheese is needed and no garlic.

I enjoy the flavor of this frosting although I added more lemon zest and cut the sugar by a cup. The extra sugar would make the frosting stiffer, but I wanted a less sweet frosting. I tried it on lemon cupcakes, next time I am going to try a full cake.

Rick's Special Buttercream Frosting

I followed others suggestions and used the half butter and half Crisco butter flavored. I also only used 6 cups sugar. I beat the frosting at high for 10 mins. It was perfect. Great taste and firmness.

I follwed the recipe tot he tea and got rave reviews on these cookies. Make sure to chill the dough, it makes all the difference.

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

I followed the recipe and used Granny Smith green apples. The tart taste of the apples and the sweet carmel sauce was so good together. We loved this pie. Thanks for sharing it..

Roasted Tomatillo and Garlic Salsa

This salsa was excellent after I followed suggestions by another reviewer to cook off the raw taste from the salsa. I cooked the salsa for 5 mins on med to med low heat.I also added lime juice and some ground cumin to add a little more smoke to the flavor. I will make again for sure.
