Butter Roast Chicken
This was great! I did season the chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder before pouring the sauce over it. The sauce gave it great flavor and the chicken was so tender. I used split chicken breast with skin on. I basted it every thirty minutes. It had a strong lemon taste, but we all liked that.
