Bacon Saurkraut Buns

Angie's Perfect Dinner Rolls
I use this recipe for my bacon/saurkraut rolls and my 93 grandmother who made many a loaf of bread in her life said it was the best she had! I roll the dough out, drizzle a little butter on and sprinkle it with diced/cooked bacon, saurkraut and dill. I then roll it up like a jelly roll and cut them in 1 1/2" slices. They rise up light and fluffy and taste amazing!! Unlike many reviews, I found I don't use the full amount of flour and would not use extra for sure, both when I knead by hand or make a single batch and use my Kitchen Aid Mixer. The dough is not sticky at all and easy to roll out and work with! By far one of the best doughs I have worked with!! I make this all the time and will continue to do so as I get rave reviews each time!!

Chocolate Cheesecake
Great recipe and very easy! The only changes I made were I used the oreo crumbs for that extra chocolate kick and Bernard Callebeaut chocolate shavings. I found it was a bit dry at the edge and will cut back the cooking time by 5 min next time, though that could just be my oven. Overall, super recipe, great flavor and texture! The first time I had baked cheesecake at age 16, it was dry and crumbly and it took me 10 years to try another piece as I thought that was cheesecake!!! We only ever made the unbaked one!! This recipe makes you want to take the extra time and make the baked version! Next time - white chocolate!!!

Snickerdoodles V
I love this recipe. I did change it a bit though. I use butter instead of shortening and put the cinnamon right in the cookie at Christmas time. Then I roll the cookie in coarse red, green and white sugar for a pretty effect! I can't make them fast enough!!
