Lasagna, anything Italian, I also love to bake: cakes, pies, cookies, bread. My husband is a much better cook than I am. I would put him in the "expert" category. We each have our specialties, so we take turns cooking. I also enjoy simple camping recipes. I'm very good at baking. I make a mean lasagna. I can make homemade ravioli but I haven't done it in a few years. When I was a child, I once mistook "tsp" for "Tbs" and put way too much salt in a cake recipe. It was inedible.
