Don Struble's Puerto Rican Pork Roast
Both my husband (picky eater) and I (don't care for pork) really enjoyed this one. It certainly won't take long for this wonderful dish to disappear.

Basic Hummus
Better than what I've bought in stores and easy to make even though I had to start with more of the reserved liquid than initially called for to blend easily.

Funnel Cakes I
I found I needed 2c milk to make the consistency right. Also, I substituted Hershey's vanilla cream milk for regular milk. My family said they were better than the ones you get at fairs and amusement parks.
