This is an excellant recipe that my wife and I both loved. The flavor was awesome and the berries melted in our mouth. I did decide to make a batch and a half because of the deep pie shells I had. I also doubled the crunchy topping because I hate it when there isn't enough crunchies, oh and I accidently bought mixed berries at the store so this was just a little differant. If there is a picture on this recipe it is one that I submitted.

BBQ Chicken Pizza II

My wife made this recipe for dinner tonight, It was delicious!! The two things she did differantly were use cheddar cheese, and add cilantro. This turned out perfect and I was quick to add it to my recipe index.

Pecan French Toast

Spicy Grilled Shrimp

We tried this and thought it turned out great. If you are going to grill the shrimp be careful not to cook them too long mine got a little dry.

Lemon Supreme Pie

What a great recipe for a great pie!! While this is a little tricky to make one I made one the rest were easy. I even changed it up and made a lime supreme pie!! It was to die for!!

Bran Muffins I

My wife and I loved these easy to fix bran muffins. We made a big batch and kept them in the fridge for probably 4 weeks before they started going bad. If you want bran muffins to keep for a while these are the ones to make.

Orange Pecan French Toast

This was really out of sight!! It was super easy to make, and so good. I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out perfect. If you are going to have people over for brunk or breakfast this would be a perfect thing to serve.

Southwestern Chicken Lasagna

My wife and I love any food with a little spice to it. I did a few things differant on this recipe to add some extra flavor. First off I rolled the chicken breasts in chili powder and then grilled them till they had black edges on my grill. I put some mesquite wood on the grill to add a little smoke flavor. I used two whole jalepenos to add the extra spice. I used one can of tomatoe sauce and one can of whole tomatoes. Next time I make this I am going to add a few extra tortillas, but will also need to add some water so that it doesn't end up all dry. This is one of the better recipes I have used off of this website.
