Beef Noodle Soup
I made this last night and my husband absolutely loved it! I used 4 cans of beef broth instead of the boullion and water. And the other change I made was to slow cook my beef in the broth with the onion and celery to the point it was fork tender and I could easily shred it. I also used just plain old dry egg noodles. This is a keeper.

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies
I made these for the first time this morning and have to say they are wonderful. I followed the recipe exactly except I omitted the walnuts (kids don't like 'em). This will be my go to chococlate chip cookie recipe from now on! Also wanted to note that I used my medium Pampered Chef scoop and the recipe yielded 43 cookies. Because of spreading when baking, I baked 8 cookies per cookie sheet.

Creamy Hot Chocolate
I made this last night for us to enjoy while decorating the tree. It was so EASY and very tasty. I followed the recipe exactly and thought it was great. My daughter (the hot chocolate expert) loved it! I plan to make a triple bath tonight for family movie night at church. I love the simplicity of the recipe and the fact that it can be easily done in a crockpot.
